Almost 30-days out from my last blog post where I offered up the challenge of losing TWO POUNDS over SIX WEEKS. Sounds easy enough…until I suggested the six-weeks that straddle Thanksgiving and New Years!
Since that day, I’ve been to the gym 21 times, I’ve run 58.6 miles and I’ve lifted over 40,000 pounds. With that, I’ve managed to keep my weight steady at 186 lbs. (Full disclosure: my weight did pop up to 189 over Thanksgiving.)
I need to buckle down based on my performance to date! Two pounds to go in order to meet the challenge and I’m going to do it!
I will arrive back at my office on Monday, January 4, 2016 in great shape and ready to go!
